Reverse-tunnel

Consider that:

  • serverA cannot access serverB on port 99
  • but serverB can ssh into serverA

From serverB, map port 99 to serverA's local port 9999,

ssh -R 9999:localhost:99 -l <remoteuser> serverA

On serverA, you should now be able to address serverB's service on local port 9999,

netstat -antpe --inet --inet6 | grep 9999
